Twin towers anchoring Yonge & Sheppard.
The project became a model for transit-anchored mixed-use density across the city's north end. A TTC subway entrance below grade. Retail on three levels. Seven hundred residences above. The plaza in front of the towers is now used for a weekly farmers' market.
Among the firm's earliest demonstrations of how a single project could simultaneously deliver transit-oriented housing, commercial scale, and a public realm gesture — at a time when those three rarely coexisted in Toronto.
