The building's western elevation acts as a lantern after dark — a deliberate decision to soften the transition between the residential street and the busier corner it meets. The amenity floor is set midway up the building, not on the roof, so residents share the view.
A glass-and-metal facade chosen to converse with the Royal Ontario Museum's Crystal directly opposite. Suite layouts emphasize generous corner glazing — there are no interior bedrooms.
